Refunds for faulty/damaged product

Little earth treasures takes every effort to ensure your items get to you safely. If you receive a damaged item contact needs to be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods, evidence will be required (photos)

You will receive a return address of where to send your goods, they must be received back within 21 days of the purchase date, in the condition they arrived in to receive either a full refund or replacement 

We are unable to refund shipping charges.

 

Change of mind/Sale items

Little earth treasure's will only refund/replace items if they are damaged, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sale items.

 

Shipping   

Shipping cost is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the total cost.
