Shipping policy

WE CURRRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN NZ.

Please choose the correct shipping method, if you select urban and have a rural address your order will not be send until full freight is paid for. 

A selection of products are made to order on our website. Please allow 5 working days for these to be made, with an extra 2 working days to be sent off. 

November-December: Please allow an additional 5 working days for your items to be packaged and sent off, due to the busier season and higher frequency of orders. . 

Once the item has been picked up by our preferred courier (NZ POST) you can expect your package within 2-3 days, 

We offer the following shipping rates, $9 North Island, $13 South Island, 

$14.50 North Island Rural, $16.50 South Island Rural

We do not ship to P.O boxes. 

 

Please note that if you do not choose the correct shipping method you will be sent a invoice to pay the remaining balance for shipping, this must be paid before your item can be shipped out.
